Tom Frohlinger

Thomas Gordon Frohlinger has been in practice since 1981 and joined the firm on Jan. 1, 2000, and became a named principal on July 1, 2000.
Before law he acquired an honours B.Sc in geology from McGill (1969); an M.Sc in structural geology from the University of Manitoba (1973). He returned to university in 1978 and made the deans honor list at the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba in all three years between 1978 and 1981.
Tom’s focus in practice includes the areas of entrepreneurial and commercial law, northern development (natural resources, construction and north-south commerce), administrative law and construction litigation.
Troy Harwood-Jones

Troy Harwood-Jones received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Manitoba in 2002.

Steven Meltzer

Steven’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of business transactions, corporate structuring, acquisitions, financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, all stages of commercial real estate development, as well as estate management and Wills.
Steven has represented Canadian companies in the acquisition, sale and structuring of businesses in both Canada and the United States. He regularly advises clients on venture capital and corporate finance issues, as well purchase and sale transactions, shareholder and partnership agreements, corporate governance and compliance matters.
