C. Jane Harrison is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property, Tax, Collections and Estate Planning Groups. Ms. Harrison's practice includes assisting individuals and companies with the protection of intellectual property and securing of patents, consulting individuals and companies with taxation issues and assisting individuals in all estate planning matters.
Jeffrey Anderson - Dunlap Codding (Oklahoma City, OK)
Jeffrey R. Anderson practices in all areas of intellectual property, with an emphasis on managing IP portfolios, negotiating complex intellectual property transactions and agreements, and drafting and prosecuting patent applications. His knowledge of trademark and copyright law is extensive, and his technology background includes chemistry and engineering. Jeff gained significant field experience as an engineer before attending law school.
Sherrie Flynn - Coleman & Horowitt, LLP (Fresno, CA)
Sherrie Flynn joined Coleman & Horowitt, LLP in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, she was associated with the Fresno intellectual property boutique, The Law Offices of Andrew D. Fortney. Sherrie specializes in patent prosecution, trademark, trade name and copyright registration and enforcement, unfair competition litigation as well as related contract and licensing matters. She also represents clients in business, business torts and construction, where she has over 30 years of business and engineering experience.
Dr. Andreas Glarner - MME Partners (Zurich, Switzerland)
Dr. Andreas Glarner works with international companies in the technology, industrial and internet sectors. He specializes in the fields of intellectual property, unfair competition, licensing and distribution, as well as information technology. He acts both as legal counsel and litigator in these fields. In addition, he has extensive expertise in compliance matters regarding gambling providers, e-transactions and export control measures. Dr. Glarner has published various articles on topics related to his practice areas.
