Frank Szilagyi is a trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience. Frank has been a partner of Szilagyi & Daly since 2000. Frank currently serves as the Managing Partner of Szilagyi & Daly. Prior to joining Silvester & Daly in 2000, the predecessor to Szilagyi & Daly, Frank formed and practiced with the firm of Chadwick, Libbey & Szilagyi, in Hartford, Connecticut.
Rich Cohn, of Earp Cohn P.C., is proud to have been a “dirt lawyer” for his entire career – now approaching 40 years (although he can’t believe he’s that old!). He has extensive experience representing clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including complex commercial transactions, mortgage and other financing, environmental matters, land use and development, and redevelopment projects.
Roger Brothers, of Brothers Smith LLP, is a graduate of the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific (J.D. 1984), and was accepted to the California State Bar in 1985. He attended California State University, Hayward, receiving his B.A. in 1980. Roger is also a member of the Texas State Bar and licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
As Chief Operating Officer, Brian Gilman directs all financial and operational aspects of Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing & Myers, LLP. His overall responsibilities include management of finance and accounting, human resources, information systems, marketing, facilities support, strategic planning, and risk management functions. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, overseeing the strategic planning and business development of the law firm. Brian has over 40 years of organizational management experience, including more than 20 years in legal management.
As an equity partner at Zupkus & Angell, P.C., a WBENC-certified women and minority owned law firm, Muliha Khan is dedicated to representing clients in Denver, its surrounding areas and throughout the state of Colorado. Her commercial and civil litigation practice encompasses a broad range, including defending both insurance companies and insureds in bad faith, personal and bodily injury claims, and construction defect. Muliha also practices in the area of employment law, providing both pre-litigation and litigation services. Additionally, Muliha has significant appellate experience at all levels and has drafted briefs for the United States Supreme Court, the Colorado Supreme Court, and Colorado Court of Appeals.
