Robert Charbonneau
Robert Paul Charbonneau is a founding member and current managing partner of Agentis Legal Advocates & Advisors. He concentrates his practice in troubled loan workouts, business restructuring and dispute resolution and insolvency matters. Bob has particularly broad experience representing statutory committees, including creditors’ committees, and funds purchasing distressed debt.
Nicole Grimal Helmstetter
Nicole Grimal Helmstetter concentrates her practice in the area of general bankruptcy, restructuring, dispute resolution and insolvency matters. She routinely represents Chapter 7 trustees in the liquidation of local businesses and consumer affairs. Nicole has successfully obtained confirmation of plans of reorganization for several local small businesses, including schools and real estate related companies, and has obtained bankruptcy discharges for high net worth individuals and local business owners. Additionally, Nicole represents creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, purchasers of assets, lenders and interested parties in Chapter 11, Chapter 7, Chapter 12, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy and out of court proceedings.
Daniel Sparks
When Dan Sparks was 11 years old, his father took him to the local jail and showed him people behind bars. He vividly remembers the deplorable conditions and the feeling that he never wanted to go to jail again. Then, he became curious about why the men were in jail. He wanted to know what had led them to that place and about the laws that put them there. Dan remains curious about the law in his current practice at Christian & Small. He continues to gain first-hand experience and often puts himself in his client’s shoes, knowing that legal issues are as important to clients at midnight as they are during business hours. Dan represents lenders, corporations and individuals in all aspects of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, workouts, asset recovery and foreclosure matters.
