John Philip "J.P." Graf, of Gordon Arata, represents clients in commercial disputes and litigation, including energy, natural resources, oil and gas, and general commercial litigation. He is also experienced in product liability, premises liability, industrial accidents, and maritime and offshore matters. He has served as lead trial counsel and co-counsel, managing litigation matters from intake through bench and jury trials and appeals, in state and federal courts throughout Louisiana. Additionally, J.P. represents and assists clients in the start-up, acquisition, and divestiture of their businesses.
Amber Vincent is president of Alyn-Weiss & Associates, Inc. focused on creating strategic marketing plans and differentiating ways to market for small-to-midsize law firms across the United States. Her team brings an energetic approach to blending digital and traditional marketing tactics to help lawyers and law firms stay relevant and connected with key contacts for business development. She works with business, defense, and plaintiffs law firms and their internal marketers to pinpoint marketing methods which strengthen referrals lines and generate potential clients.
Jennifer Bond is the Director of Business Development at Gordon Arata, where she leads the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives. She works closely with attorneys across three offices to implement strategic growth plans, strengthen client relationships, and drive new business. Before joining Gordon Arata, Jen was a partner and co-owner of Bond Moroch, a New Orleans-based marketing and PR agency. There, she developed award-winning integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for regional and global B2B and B2C brands. An active member of the Legal Marketing Association, Jen serves on the local steering committee for the Baton Rouge–New Orleans chapter.
Darryl Horowitt, of Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, has conducted all phases of litigation in the areas of banking, business disputes, securities fraud, construction, real estate, environmental, casualty insurance defense, personal injury and commercial collections, from initial client contact to settlement, mediation, arbitration and trial – court and jury and administrative proceedings. He has also assisted in transactions, including incorporation, purchase and sale agreements, secured and unsecured transactions, and employment contracts. In the field of alternative dispute resolution, Darryl has served as an arbitrator, mediator, special master, and judge pro tem.
Sheenika Gandhi is the chief marketing officer at Greenberg Glusker, leading the firm’s marketing and business development, lateral partner recruiting, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Sheenika serves as a trusted advisor to the firm and works seamlessly alongside the rest of the C-Suite to view the firm holistically, using this unique vantage point to pinpoint growth areas. She oversees a high-performing team responsible for sponsorships, events, communications, public relations, rankings and recognition, digital marketing, marketing technology, business development, and client service.
