Taylor Pecci is an associate in the Mobile office and practices in the areas of personal injury defense, civil rights and government tort liability, premises liability, construction defects and accidents, and auto accident defense.
Taylor graduated from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, in 2022, where she served as inaugural Chair of the Career Development Advisory Board, Student Bar Association Secretary, a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow, a member of Cumberland School of Law National Trial Team, and a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. She received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Professional Responsibilities.
Prior to attending law school, Taylor graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration. There, she served as Vice President of Capstone Men and Women, Chief Administrative Officer of the Student Government Association, and a member of Chi Omega. She was tapped as one of thirty-one women for membership for The XXXI, the only all women’s honorary at UA, for which she later served as Vice-President.
During law school, Taylor gained exposure to both defense and plaintiff’s work through her various clerkships. During her third year, she clerked for an insurance defense firm in Birmingham, where she worked in the areas of transportation and government tort liability. While completing her undergraduate degree, she interned for the United States House of Representatives Office of the Majority Whip Steve Scalise in Washington, D.C.
Taylor is married to Francisco (“Fran”) Pecci, who also practices law in the Mobile area. They are active parishioners at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Mobile. In her free time, Taylor enjoys cooking, antique hunting, and attending Orange Theory fitness classes.
