Brian represents employers and management in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies, including state human rights commissions, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board. In doing so, he engages with both labor and employment issues such as collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, employment investigations involving both discipline and discharge, unfair labor practice charges, discrimination and retaliation claims, and employee/independent contractor mis-classification claims.
