Bessie Frías is a healthcare corporate associate with extensive experience advising on healthcare compliance, risk management, and strategic transactions.
Bessie advises a wide variety of clients in the healthcare industry, including private equity firms, dental practices, behavioral health organizations, home health, and hospice care facilities.
Prior to joining Bochner, Bessie was part of a top-rated healthcare practice in which she advised on healthcare regulatory matters for private equity and M&A transactions including contract review for CPOM, anti-fraud, STARK law, and HIPAA compliance. Bessie is also well versed in friendly PC model arrangements and has aided various clients in drafting management services agreements, among other matters.
Bessie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emory University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
