Collet Ebadi is a passionate attorney who entered the field of special education law in 2020, driven by a strong commitment to ensuring educational equity for students with disabilities. 

Specializing in this intricate area of law, Collet has quickly become a trusted advocate for families navigating the complexities of educational rights and regulations.

Prior to joining Bochner, Collet has litigated cases before the OATH (Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings) office for building code violations and handled an array of different type of cases from landlord-tenant disputes and residential sale contracts. Her current practice focuses on representing families of students with disabilities in administrative proceedings under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and New York State Education Laws and Regulations. Collet’s advocacy aims to secure appropriate educational services and accommodations tailored to each child’s needs.
