Geneva Hernandez is a Florida-based practitioner specializing in commercial litigation in state and federal courts. 

Her experience includes utility law, maritime law, catastrophic injury defense, complex mass-tort litigation, and underground damage recovery.

Geneva was key member of a team of defense attorneys handling litigation related to a mass explosion which resulted in over 90 complex lawsuits involving personal injury, large business loss, and extensive property damage matters, as well as a massive e-discovery effort. She handles all aspects and all stages of commercial litigation, starting cases from incident and inception all the way to a favorable result for her clients. 

Geneva is from New Mexico where she graduated summa cum laude with degrees in Economics and Finance from New Mexico State University. In 2019, she graduated law school from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Outside of work, Geneva enjoys reading, watching Florida Gator sports, and spending time with her husband and Yorkie.
