Brian’s legal practice focuses on real estate, zoning, and land use. He represents developers in zoning and land use cases for single family residential, multi-family residential, and commercial developments. He also assists in title insurance litigation and real estate transactions.
Brian joined Burch & Cracchiolo in 2012 after a successful ten year career in residential and commercial real estate development, serving as a project manager with a reputable land developer and national homebuilder, and as an asset manager for a real estate investment company focused on distressed and undermanaged assets where he managed the acquisition, repositioning, and development of Arizona properties. In addition, Brian worked as a civil engineer on commercial, municipal, and multi-family residential developments.
Brian is a graduate of Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and in 2005 he earned a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University. He also received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Seattle University in 2002.
