Mario has been part of CCN since 2003, and a partner since 2008. His practice focuses on the representation of foreign investors in Mexico, particularly in Mexican Mergers and Acquisitions, contractual, and Real Estate matters. Mario represents clients in the manufacturing, agriculture, and automotive industries.
He is creative and enjoys working closely with clients in navigating the constantly changing landscape of foreign investment in Mexico.
Mario is also the author of a book and several articles in specialized publications on topics such as Biotechnology and Genomics, Intellectual Property, Foreign Investment, and International Trade.
Mario earned the first prize in Mexico’s National Legal Essay Contest in 2002.
