Daniel Cavazos is one of three founding partners of the firm. Since 1987, Mr. Cavazos’ practice has focused predominately on advising clients from the United States and other countries on how to establish and maintain manufacturing operations in Mexico, as well as clients engaging in strategic alliances and corporate transactions. Mr. Cavazos works on a wide variety of projects, including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, contractual, real estate and financial matters. He received his undergraduate degree from Rice University, where he graduated with honors in 1976, thereafter obtaining his law degree from Stanford University in 1980. He is a member of the Beta of Texas Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa and is a frequent speaker on international legal topics involving Mexico and the United States.
