Brett Fatches ran a large and varied practice in Port Stephens, which included a mix of court litigation, out-of-court dispute handling and legal advice in a wide range of areas. The Fatches practice has now been merged with Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers, providing the Hunter with a strong, multi-disciplinary law firm.
Brett regularly deals with every manner of financial and corporate structure that may be used by people in the creation and maintenance of their property and wealth. This experience has helped to develop Brett’s long held interest in assisting people protect their assets and estates including the appointment of an Enduring Guardian and Power of Attorney.
