Hillary is a valued member of Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers and works in our Melbourne office.
Hillary works primarily in litigation and dispute resolution. Hillary presents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of personal injury litigation including, institutional abuse, workers compensation, Comcare, public liability and medical negligence claims.
Prior to joining Carroll and O’Dea Lawyers, Hillary worked in insurance litigation practising exclusively for insurers in plaintiff and defendant subrogated motor vehicle property damage claims.
