Catherine is an associate in the firm’s Birmingham office and represents clients in civil litigation with a focus on insurance defense, construction, transportation, and professional liability. She regularly handles complex construction defect and trade-related professional liability matters with a focus on defending against and prosecuting indemnity claims as part of the comprehensive risk transfer strategies for owners, contractors, engineers, and professionals. Catherine represents clients in the defense of all aspects of injury litigation from managing the relatively minor to defending against catastrophic and wrongful death matters.

Outside the office, Catherine enjoys house projects and spending time outdoors with her husband, their son, Eli, and their two dogs and cat. Catherine loves keeping up with all things sports, especially the Crimson Tide and her lifelong team, the Kentucky Wildcats.
