Elli Anne Bradley

Elli Anne is an associate in the Birmingham office. Her primary practice areas include insurance coverage, liquor liability, and extra-contractual obligations. Elli Anne represents clients in contract and tort litigation, defending them against claims of bad faith, breach of contract, fraud, and extra-contractual damages. Additionally, she represents insureds sued under Alabama’s Dram Shop statutes and counsels carriers regarding coverage for liquor liability claims under CGL and liquor liability policies.

Elli Anne grew up in the Birmingham area. She attended Auburn University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, as well as minors in business and psychology. While at Auburn, Elli Anne was a member of the Auburn University Cheerleading Team and was selected as co-head cheerleader during her senior year. After graduating from Auburn, Elli Anne began law school at The University of Alabama School of Law, from where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2024. During her time in law school, Elli Anne served as a student ambassador and a member of the Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition Team.

In her free time, Elli Anne is most likely spending time with her fiancé, Parker, and goldendoodle, Honey. She enjoys traveling with her family, cooking, exercising, watching sports, and being outdoors as much as possible.
