Kendall is a Birmingham native and a graduate of Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor. She also attended Samford’s Brock School of Business where she earned her MBA. Kendall’s experience as an associate includes drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery for insurance defense claims, updating and advising insurance adjusters of case status and potential issues, conducting and attending depositions, hearings, arguing motions, and participating in mediations and trials. In addition, she gathers evidence to formulate case defense and negotiates settlements with opposing counsel.
Kendall was a member of the Millsaps College Women’s Lacrosse Team and continues her love of women’s lacrosse by serving as an assistant coach for the Oak Mountain Middle School Girl’s Lacrosse Team.

- Motion for summary judgment granted in favor of Mississippi car repair shop regarding claims it negligently repaired a customer’s tire and tire’s failure resulted in a rollover accident (Jefferson County Circuit Court, 2021).
- Complete dismissal of plaintiff’s EEOC claim alleging age discrimination (2021).
