Rachel Moore is an accomplished attorney with more than 25 years of legal experience who focuses her practice at Christian & Small on construction, commercial and banking litigation matters. Licensed to practice in Alabama since 1992, her experience includes preparing mechanics’ and materialmans’ liens and bond claims, and drafting and negotiating construction contracts. She also tries complex cases and arbitrations; negotiates and prepares forbearance and other “work-out” types of agreements; handles foreclosures, redemptions, judicial foreclosure actions and deficiency actions, prepares state and federal court appellate briefs and petitions, and presents appellate oral arguments.

Rachel practices in all state and federal courts in the state of Alabama, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and holds an AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. She is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the Birmingham Bar Association – where she serves in the Bankruptcy/Commercial Law Section, the Women Lawyers Section, and on the Fee Arbitration Committee.
