Zach joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP in 2013. He is admitted in both Pennsylvania and New York State and his practice is concentrated in energy law, litigation and trusts and estates. He routinely represents landowners in oil and gas matters, including pipeline right of way agreements, along with solar leases, cell tower agreements and other property lease matters. Zach also has an active estate planning practice and utilizes that experience in estate litigation. He handles contested estates, will contests, and guardianships in both Pennsylvania and New York State.

Zach is the Treasurer of the Susquehanna County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Broome County Bar Association and is on the Board of Directors of the Keystone College Alumni Association.
