After playing football at Harvard and graduating cum laude, Tommy started his law career 36 years ago defending health care providers with Vinson & Elkins. From there he started his own law firm and for seventeen years Tommy tried cases ranging from explosions to eighteen-wheeler collisions to horrible burn cases.
The decades of honed skills are now brought to bear on behalf of the numerous subrogation claims handled by DMBP. A skilled litigator, Tommy heads up trial teams bringing cases in New Mexico, Colorado and across Texas involving all matter of catastrophic property damage claims.
