As a shareholder with the Firm, Mr. Fielder brings over 30 years of experience in a broad range of litigation matters, primarily in the areas of construction, insurance coverage, employment, and consumer defense. He has extensive trial experience, trying over two hundred civil jury trials in state and federal courts. He has also appeared in over 25 arbitration hearings. Mr. Fielder has handled numerous appeals, including arguments before, and opinions from, the Supreme Court of Texas, 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Courts of Appeals of Dallas, Ft. Worth, Waco, Texarkana, Austin, El Paso, and Beaumont. He has been recognized as a Texas “Super Lawyer” in Construction Law for 2011, 2012, and 2013, as well as a “Best Attorney in Dallas” in Construction Law for 2013.
