Irving Koffler has represented businesses, professionals, and individual clients in matters of federal and state taxes for more than 35 years.

Mr. Koffler's areas of expertise include income and corporate tax planning, retirement plans and employee benefits, estate planning and administration, formation, acquisition and sale of business entities, and shareholder agreements and succession planning.

Mr. Koffler has extensive experience in designing estate plans and administration of estates, and has written a number of articles on estate and charitable planning. He is a frequent speaker on estate and retirement planning.

Mr. Koffler is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. Tax Court.

Community Involvement:

Mr. Koffler has served on the Board of Trustees for Temple Emanuel in Cherry Hill for many years.
