Haley C. Kopp joined the firm in 2024 after working at as a corporate lawyer in a boutique law firm in San Diego. Haley’s practice focuses on the representation of small businesses and trusts. She counsels clients on business transactions and general business governance.
Haley graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she volunteered for the University of San Diego’s Veterans Legal Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Haley graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and worked as a validation engineer at various life science, pharmaceutical and medical device companies throughout San Diego.
Haley enjoys spending time with her two pups at home, going to comedy shows, and binge-watching TV shows. She currently serves on the board of directors of Villa Musica, a non-profit organization dedicated to making music accessible to the San Diego community, as well as participating in a community choir and learning to play the piano.
