Callista is an associate in the firm's Corporate, Finance & Securities Department focusing on mergers and acquisitions.

Callista leverages her extensive knowledge of M&A to manage all ends of the deal process, from due diligence to drafting key deal documents. She has a track record of successfully closing deals and deploying her experience in an array of corporate matters beyond transaction-driven work.

Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Callista was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm. She graduated from University of Virginia School of Law, where she worked on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review. During law school, she clerked at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and externed at The Rutherford Institute.
