- Recently represented Irwin Winkler, writer of Goodfellas and Rocky, in profit participation action against Warner Bros. Entertainment.
- Represented Warren Beatty in action concerning rights to the Dick Tracy character. Obtained summary judgment for Mr. Beatty, resulting in his exclusive retention of all rights.
- Represented Uma Thurman in a multi-million dollar lawsuit concerning the motion picture “Eloise in Paris.” The case resulted in a seven-figure settlement for the client.
