J. Andrew Skeens joined Hendrickson & Long, PLLC, in September 2017. Andrew was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia, and is an avid Mountaineers fan. The majority of his practice is in the firm’s Business, Civil Litigation, and Toxic Tort practice areas.

Andrew earned a B.S.B.A, summa cum laude, with a concentration in accounting at West Virginia University, and he found practical application for his skills in accounting internships with Arnett Carbis Toothman and Hendrickson & Long. Andrew now brings his business and accounting skills to the practice of law, employing a business- and transactionally-focused approach in working toward his clients’ goals. For each client Andrew balances zealous representation with an honest assessment of each case along with a rational approach to the legal process.

Outside the office you may find Andrew enjoying a Mountaineers game or a round of golf, but in the office he works diligently to meet his clients’ needs.
