Katina is a Canadian and US licensed lawyer whose practice focuses on business immigration, investor immigration and relocation of corporate executives between Asia and North America. She has a Canadian Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in International Business Management from the University of Victoria in British Columbia and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in Ontario, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy, in Michigan, USA. Prior to joining HJM, she ran her own immigration law firm based in Toronto Canada. She has extensive experience assisting clients with international relocations, investor immigration and overcoming inadmissibility or other immigration barriers.
