Bisma is a civil litigator with a focus on healthcare litigation, regulation & corporate compliance, and health information privacy. She represents a variety of clients in all aspects of litigation and pre-litigation dispute resolution, from negotiation, mediation and arbitration, through hearings and trials. Her attention to detail and excellent research and advocacy skills help her clients feel supported and reassured.

She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). She has a diverse background in working with clients across international landscapes. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Legal Fellow at a publicly held biotechnology company and a law clerk at the Federal Trade Commission.
