Kate is a Tacoma native who approaches her practice with focus and thoughtfulness. During law school, Kate worked for the University of Michigan Law School’s Pediatric Advocacy Clinic on cases involving children with special health needs and interned with the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division’s Healthcare and Consumer Products Section. Prior to joining JGKMW, Kate clerked for U.S. District Judge Benjamin H. Settle in the Western District of Washington for three years.
