Scott Mario has more than two decades of experience representing business clients in the areas of employment advice and counseling, internal investigations, and state and federal employment law compliance including Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, the FLSA, and the WARN Act.

Scott is also highly skilled at guiding Fortune 100 companies and large business clients through reductions in force, litigating class and collective actions, and assisting clients with employment law issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions. A talented negotiator, clients rely on Scott to help them resolve contract disputes. Scott is also experienced in the development of effective personnel policies and the drafting and negotiating of employment agreements, non-compete agreements, and separation agreements.

Prior to joining Krevolin Horst and working at Lawrence & Bundy, Scott practiced at a major international law firm where he litigated cases in state and federal courts involving employment discrimination claims, wage and hour matters, and leave laws.
