Lindsay N. Bennett, Esquire is a trial lawyer. Lindsay represents clients in State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania. Lindsay's practice includes representation of people and entities involved in insurance/self-insured defense litigation, including premises liability, commercial disputes, automobile/trucking liability, professional liability/malpractice, contract claims and defenses, insurance coverage, product liability, workers' compensation, and employment discrimination in Pennsylvania.
