Ms. Adams is an associate who focuses her practice on the defense of commercial, construction, premises liability, product liability, and transportation claims.
Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Caroline worked as an associate at a Chicago-based law firm representing clients in all stages of litigation. Her experience includes representing healthcare professionals and corporations in commercial disputes, advising clients faced with professional licensing and medical staff conflicts, reviewing employment and other contractual agreements, and resolving potential disputes prior to litigation.

Education
Ms. Adams earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in May 2023. In 2022, she served as the Advocacy Coorindator for SUFEO, a student-led organization operated through the Loyola Civitas ChildLaw Clinic. In 2023, she was a student clinician in the Loyola Business Law Clinic, assisting not-for-profit and for-profit corporations.
Caroline received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Global Studies and Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin in 2018.

Ms. Adams was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November of 2023.
