Mr. Birmingham is an associate who focuses his practice on the defense of construction, premises liability, product liability, and transportation claims.
Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, David worked as an attorney at a Chicago-based law firm concentrating in complex litigation, creditor-side bankruptcy litigation, and breach of contract.

Mr. Birmingham earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University in May 2021. He was a member of the DePaul Law Review and the Director of Programming for the Jaharis Health Law Institute. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago in 2018.
