Mr. McGinn is an associate who focuses his practice on the defense of commercial, construction, premises liability, product liability, and transportation claims. 

Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Kevin worked with a firm in Chicago specializing in personal injury defense in auto and insurance litigation.  His experience included managing 70-80 active matters and brought numerous cases to resolution through settlement, pre-trial settlement and non-binding arbitrations.  

Education

Mr. McGinn received his Juris Doctor degree from UIC John Marshall Law School in May of 2022.  He received his Bachelor of Arts with a double major in English and Creative Writing in December of 2018.  .

Mr. McGinn was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in November of 2022.
