Deborah has extensive experience representing clients in a myriad of areas, with particular emphasis on commercial real estate, banking, finance, elder law, corporate law, municipal and zoning and land use law, commercial litigation and condominium and co-op law. She serves as counsel to several Planning Boards and Boards of Adjustment. She is a frequent lecturer for the New Jersey Planning Officials in its accreditation programs for Planning and Zoning Board Members and has lectured at the annual New Jersey State League of Municipalities Conference. She also serves as a New Jersey Planning Official and participates in the Community Associations Institute, New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys, and New Jersey League of Municipalities. She graduated with a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law and Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude with Bachelor of Arts (History and Ancient Greek) from Lehigh University, where she was a Marshall Scholarship finalist.
