Lawrence Weiner is a Member of the firm’s Commercial and Corporate Litigation Department. He is experienced in a wide array of commercial litigation matters from inception through settlement, trial and appeal, particularly in: breach of contract claims, commercial real estate brokerage disputes, fraud claims, enforcement of restrictive covenants, commercial tenancy disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes and dissolutions, creditor’s rights and appellate advocacy. Lawrence also has experience regarding applications for injunctive and other equitable relief. Lawrence has successfully argued before State and Federal appellate panels. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, representing clients in mediations and arbitrations.

Lawrence graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and received his law degree from Rutgers Law School – Newark. From 2006 through 2011, Lawrence was selected for inclusion as a New Jersey Super Lawyers – Rising Stars as published in New Jersey Monthly magazine. In 2009, Lawrence was selected by the New Jersey Law journal as one of its “40 under 40” award recipients. Lawrence has been featured or mentioned in articles published by The New York Times, LAW360 and The Real Deal. Lawrence is admitted in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York.
