Philip Mackson is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice group, where he focuses on corporate governance matters, corporate formations, financings, M&A and private equity transactions, and commercial licensing transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Philip was an corporate associate at the Am Law 200 firm Lowenstein Sandler.
