I am an associate in the firm’s Business Law team. Together with the other members of the Business Law team, my assistance to our valued clients includes incorporations, shareholder agreements, the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial leasing, franchising, and related corporate and commercial law matters.
My path to Mann Lawyers LLP began at the University of Toronto’s St. Michael’s College where I completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, double majoring in Political Science and History (with distinction). I obtained my Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. While attending law school I sat on the executive committee for Elephant in the Room, a club focused on increasing mental health awareness in the legal profession.
I am a proud graduate of the Mann Lawyers LLP summer student and articling programs. As such, my assistance in legal matters is influenced and shaped by the variety of practice areas, expertise and high level of service provided by Mann Lawyers LLP.
Outside the office I enjoy running, cycling, playing hockey, and attempting to golf. I also spend my spare time researching for my fantasy sports leagues. My favorite sports teams are the Buffalo Bills and Vancouver Canucks.
