I am an associate in the Corporate team having qualified in September 2023. I work on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
During my training contract my first seat was in the Corporate team where I worked on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. I also assisted the Banking and Finance and Business Restructuring teams. In my third seat, I worked with the Real Estate team on various real estate transactions, including landlord and tenant, secured lending, and acquisitions.
As an undergraduate, I studied French and History at the University of Warwick where I spent a year abroad in Paris. As a result, I am fluent in French as well as having some proficiency in Spanish.
