I am a Senior Associate in the Corporate team.
I am a transaction specialist with experience leading venture capital and private M&A transactions with a focus on the tech sector.
My venture capital experience includes advising venture capital funds, corporate venture capital investors and leading early-stage companies on an array of corporate matters, from seed fundraisings through to exits and everything in between.
On the M&A side, I have acted on the buy and sell side of a number of domestic and cross-border acquisition mandates for clients in a variety of different sectors, including Fintechs, SaaS companies and other software companies.
Prior to joining Marriott Harrison in Autumn 2022, I was a Senior Associate at DLA Piper, operating out of its Melbourne office for over 5 years and its London office for 4 years.
