I am an Associate in the Business Restructuring team, having qualified with the firm in January 2024 after completing my training contract.
My work involves providing technical advice to clients on a broad range of corporate insolvency matters, both contentious and non-contentious. This includes lenders which are seeking to take enforcement action against defaulting borrowers and to company directors in relation to their duties. I also provide transactional support for insolvency practitioners on business and asset sales, including pre-packs, in administrations and other processes.
In addition, I have experience in banking and other debt finance matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers.
