I am a partner in the Corporate team.
My practice is focused predominately on M&A where I have advised on multi-jurisdictional transactions with deal values of up to £250m in a variety of sectors including technology, real estate, hotels and leisure, and energy. I also have considerable experience acting on private equity transactions, capital markets deals and joint ventures.
I pride myself on taking a pragmatic approach to matters and offering thoughtful and tailored advice to enable clients to realise their goals. I relish the chance to be part of a client’s journey, to either help them grow their business or realise the benefit of their hard work on a sale.
