Graham is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team.
Graham specialises in venture capital and M&A transactions in a variety of sectors, with a focus on technology and healthcare.
Past experience involves acting for intuitional investors, angel investors, portfolio companies, start-ups, corporates and entrepreneurs, giving Graham a well-rounded understanding of all sides of a transaction. He also advises on venture debt transactions and general corporate and company law, including shareholders’ agreements and articles of association.
Graham particularly enjoys helping clients close transactions in a timely and efficient manner while achieving the best deal possible. He endeavours to understand the commercial drivers behind a transaction and appreciates clients often want to go back to running their business or focus on other strategic objectives as soon as possible.
Prior to joining Marriott Harrison, Graham studied History and Politics at the University of Southampton. Graham is also a partner with accelerator programmes on behalf of Marriott Harrison, giving me the opportunity to help start-ups and entrepreneurs build solid legal foundations.
