I am an Senior Associate in the Real Estate team at Marriott Harrison.
I advise a wide variety of clients ranging from property companies, developers, retailers, private investors, and banks and secured lenders on all areas of commercial real estate legal matters, including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, asset management and real estate finance.
I have significant experience in real estate finance and act for domestic and off-shore clients on multi-million-pound development transactions (including development exits), refinances, bridging loans and acquisition finance for single site deals and portfolio deals. Experience has also been gained acting for developer clients to secure main and mezzanine finance for multiple sites in the south of England.
I have also previously had in-house experience with a commercial retail client and recognise the importance of providing efficient and pragmatic advice.
