I am an experienced construction lawyer familiar with both public and private sector developments having qualified in 1991. After working in Bristol as a partner for several years I moved to the south east in 2001 where I set up a successful construction department at a large south-east law firm where I was a partner for many years. I joined Marriott Harrison LLP as a consultant in 2016. These days my work is predominantly non-contentious. I also sit regularly as a construction adjudicator and am on the TeCSA and CIArb panels.
I advise banks, hotel operators, developers, house-builders, charities, schools, local authorities, contractors and construction professionals.
My work includes advising on contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, novations, bonds and guarantees.
