Joshua works closely with banks, financial institutions, corporate companies and individuals on a wide range of lending. He works both on new forms of lending and advising upon structuring/re-structuring security for lenders as well as some recovery work in insolvency situations.
Holds excellent experience working closely with lender/borrower clients and has an in-depth knowledge of their property finance and corporate lending requirements. By working in close partnership with them and understanding their needs, he is able to advise them of their obligations within the underlying documents and security with ease. Having expertise in both real estate finance and corporate lending transactions provides a unique value add to clients as they often complement one another.
