I am an Associate in the Corporate team, having qualified as a solicitor at Marriott Harrison in September 2021.
I have experience in a variety of corporate matters working closely with shareholders and buyers on M&A transactions, as well as professional investor groups, management teams, companies and founders on VC and Private Equity transactions. I advise UK and international clients in a range of different sectors, leveraging my exposure to multiple cultures to tailor my approach to each deal.
I am fluent in French and I have a conversational level in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese, having spent a study period year in Beijing and Nanjing, China. I am also a member of Marriott Harrison’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee.
