I am an associate (New Zealand qualified) in the Tax Department, having joined Marriott Harrison in 2022.
I have experience in a wide range of tax matters, including advising on tax structuring and planning, M&A, tax compliance, international tax and disputes. I have worked with businesses and private clients across many sectors, including technology, finance, property, manufacturing and primary industries.
My practice involves advising a variety of clients including venture capital, start-up and private equity business clients on corporate and finance transactions, reorganisations and employee incentivisation arrangements. I also advise on a broad range of tax matters involving private investment funds and their investors.
Before joining Marriott Harrison, I worked for several years in the corporate tax department at a leading global accountancy firm in New Zealand. I graduated with Bachelor degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. I have been admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand.
