I am an associate in the Real Estate team.
I advise on all types of commercial real estate matters. I work closely with developers, retailers, portfolio managers and lenders.
I work on land acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, and development work. I assist with property financing and work with the corporate team on the property aspects of corporate transactions.
I have also been instructed by charity trustees on entering into leases and other land transactions.
